Ham and swiss breakfast pizza
1 cup (250g) diced ham
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Fine Grind Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces or 185g) shredded Swiss cheese
Top pizza crust with ham, green peppers and onions.
Beat eggs, ground mustard, pepper and salt together in bowl.
Pour over toppings.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 16 to 20 minutes until eggs are set and crust is browned.
