Cranberry Wheat Bread
1-1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing to finish cooling on a rack.

Cranberry walnut bread
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is a deep brown color.
