Health Care Exchanges May Not Provide Many Options

It’s not exactly a buyer’s market for those Americans who purchase their own health insurance: prices can be high, and options severely limited.
The new health exchanges — a key piece of President Obama’s health overhaul — are supposed to change that, allowing people to go to a website to comparison shop for insurance, and maybe even get a subsidy to pay for it.
But some people may still be left with few choices.
